2 . Three Guarantees Service
① Return policy: Within 7 days (inclusive) of leaving the factory, if there is an electrical performance failure caused by non-human factors, and our professional technical judgment confirms the situation, customers can request a return, exchange, or free repair; After being judged by after-sales maintenance technicians, the returned product can only be returned if any parts, except for electrical performance, are not damaged or scratched due to human factors. Otherwise, it will not be returned;
② Replacement: Within 30 days (inclusive) after the product leaves the factory (based on the date on the original purchase certificate), if there is an electrical performance failure caused by non-human factors, and our professional technical judgment confirms the situation, customers can request a replacement or free repair; After being judged by after-sales maintenance technicians, the returned product can only be accepted if any parts, except for electrical performance, are not damaged or scratched due to human factors. Otherwise, it will be rejected; If the customer needs to return the item after consultation with the salesperson, they will need to bear part of the renovation and depreciation costs;
③ Warranty: If the product malfunctions due to non-human factors during the warranty period, our company will provide free repairs to the user; If there is a human factor malfunction during maintenance, our company will charge the corresponding cost of repair parts and labor costs; When the product malfunctions outside the warranty period, users can return the equipment to our company for repair or purchase parts from our company for self repair and replacement. Similarly, our company will charge corresponding fees for the repaired or replaced parts;
2.1 Warm reminder:
① According to the specific purchase and sales contract, products sold at special prices are not eligible for return or exchange services;
② Demo machines sold at special prices are not eligible for our company's return or exchange services;
③ When returning or exchanging products, it is necessary to ensure that all accessories are complete and the appearance and packaging of the equipment are undamaged. Otherwise, our company will charge corresponding fees;
④ Packaging materials and accessories are not covered by the warranty;
⑤ Our company does not provide return or exchange services for non standard products;
2.2 In case of any of the following situations, our company does not provide three guarantee services:
① Tear or alter equipment labels, serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting labels;
② Without the permission of JIANG XINSHEBEI, the device has been relocated for installation or the hardware casing has been opened;
③ Hardware has been modified or replaced without the permission of JIANG XINSHEBEI;
④ The product was not installed and used according to the methods described in the manual published by JIANG XINSHEBEI;
⑤ Damage caused by impacts, fires, lightning strikes, flooding, human negligence, natural disasters or force majeure.
3. Standard Service Commitment
3.1 Warranty Period:
All products purchased by customers under JIANG XINSHEBEI (packaging materials and accessories are not covered by warranty) have a warranty period of one year (i.e. 12 months);
3.2 Service mode:
① National warranty: The warranty in this document is only applicable within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), and warranty services are only provided within that region;
② Customer consultation service: If you have any questions or need to consult when using our products, please call our national service hotline at+86 18948330096 for consultation, or log in to our official website: http://www.lizexintech.com Obtain the phone number of the service outlet;
4 . Product return plan
4.1 Repair process: If any abnormality occurs with the product under the JIANG XINSHEBEI brand that you are using, please first contact our professional technical engineers through phone, email, or other means; Our professional service personnel will inquire about product information and fault symptoms from you over the phone, and help you make preliminary judgments. Please cooperate actively; If it is determined to be a hardware failure, please send it to the detailed address provided by the service personnel and send it to the authorized designated branch of JIANG XINSHEBEI or our headquarters maintenance institution for repair;
4.2 Before returning the faulty part, the customer must first contact the after-sales service specialist of JIANG XINSHEBEI and fill out the "JIANG XINSHEBEI Product Repair Form" as required. Customers can obtain this document through the customer service hotline +86 18948330096. This form must be attached to the packaging box of the returned faulty parts, otherwise our company will refuse this after-sales service. Our company will diagnose whether the repair service is free or paid based on the information and fault situation on the repair report; If there is a paid repair, our repair engineers will notify you after determining the repair fee standard, and only proceed with the repair after obtaining your consent;
4.3 When returning the goods, please package them properly, pay attention to shock and fall prevention, carefully choose reliable shipping methods and carriers, and purchase transportation insurance. JIANG XINSHEBEI does not bear any losses caused by the customer during the mailing process. After sending out the faulty or defective products, please hand over the logistics document to our after-sales service specialist, and our company will arrange for the receipt of the goods based on the shipping document;
4.4 Maintenance period: The product maintenance cycle is 7 working days after the JIANG XINSHEBEI maintenance center receives the equipment and obtains your consent to complete the maintenance; JIANG XINSHEBEI has the right to decide whether to repair or replace the faulty parts. If replacement is carried out, the replacement parts may be new equipment or repair products with the same category, function, and quality. The replaced faulty parts belong to JIANG XINSHEBEI. JIANG XINSHEBEI will make every effort to ensure that customers receive replacement equipment within 15 working days, but the actual time may vary due to the limitations of the customer's location;
5. After sales fee standards
5.1 Testing and installation service fees:
5.1.1 If the user returns the faulty product to our company and our professional technical personnel detect that the "faulty part" can work normally and there is no electrical performance fault, JIANG XINSHEBEI has the right to demand that the customer pay all related labor and testing costs; If JIANG XINSHEBEI determines that the items that need to be repaired do not meet the warranty conditions stipulated in this clause or exceed the warranty period, the customer must also pay the price of a single repair service.
5.1.2 Whether within or outside the warranty period, JIANG XINSHEBEI's after-sales service does not include product installation, on-site inspection or debugging services. If the customer requires our company to provide on-site service to solve the problem, they need to pay for the round-trip transportation cost of our designated technical personnel from the departure location to the product usage location, and the on-site service fee (calculated at 300 yuan per day);
5.2 Shipping logistics costs:
5.2.1 All products returned by customers to our company shall be rejected as collect. If it is reflected in the purchase and sales contract, the content of the purchase and sales contract shall prevail;
5.2.2 During the warranty period, the cost of returning faulty products shall be paid by the customer. After the product is repaired, our company shall pay for the logistics and express delivery fees; If the "faulty part" can work normally after our company's inspection and there are no electrical performance faults, follow 5.1.1 and do not bear any logistics or express delivery costs; Customers can specify the return logistics or express delivery themselves, but if the equipment is damaged due to logistics or express delivery reasons, the customer shall bear all losses on their own;
5.2.3 If the product is repaired outside the warranty period, our company will not bear any logistics or express delivery costs (except for bilateral shipping fees already paid by the customer);
6. Disclaimer and Compensation
6.1 JIANG XINSHEBEI shall only provide warranty services as stated in this commitment or as stipulated in the contract terms signed with JIANG XINSHEBEI, and shall not be responsible for any dealer or other authorized partner's actions beyond this commitment.
6.2 is not responsible for any ordinary, secondary, incidental or special losses. These losses include the cost of disassembling and assembling any product, the cost of installing and replacing the product, and any inspection, testing, or redesign costs involved in repair or replacement activities caused by any defects in the product.
6.3 Unless otherwise expressly stated in this clause, JIANG XINSHEBEI does not provide any other express or implied warranties or guarantees.
6.4 JIANG XINSHEBEI does not guarantee that its software is completely defect free, and does not guarantee that customers will not encounter any problems or interruptions while operating the software.
6.5 JIANG XINSHEBEI and its partners or suppliers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect economic losses caused by the loss of customer data due to equipment malfunction or business interruption under this warranty clause. In any case, including through explicit agreements such as contracts, JIANG XINSHEBEI's maximum compensation for customer losses caused by its liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for purchasing the equipment.
6.6 Shenzhen JIANGXINSHEBEI Technology Co., Ltd. has the final interpretation right of this warranty policy. Without notifying the customer, JIANG XINSHEBEI has the right to make necessary changes to all guarantee information, product performance, and specifications.
